Here are a few snapshots of my installation 'Relational Conversations' in situ from recent exhibition 'Virtual Ground' which took place on 6th-12th July 2021.
Here I am focusing on responding to the space through this site specific yet adaptable installation which focuses on the metaphysical and physical properties of light as a spectrum of colour, reflection and in relation to vision and perception. I used this as a vessel to push the portraits into investigating how we see our selves and others and the relationships between self, others and the world around us, which was animated by the viewer who could experience the paintings through the changing light and through changing the dynamics themselves as they walked around.
